TCU LEGACY BRICK PROGRAM

Celebrate TCU’s historic 2022 Football Season and 150th Anniversary with a Legacy Brick!

Inscription Guidelines

Your personalized message can be engraved with up to 16 characters per line, including blank spaces. A character is any letter, number, or punctuation mark found on a standard English keyboard. All text will automatically be centered and engraved in UPPERCASE letters. Messages containing websites, phone numbers, Twitter handles, and/or manifestos are not permitted. TCU reserves the right to approve all brick inscription. Discriminatory, political, offensive or inappropriate messages as determined by TCU will be declined and will require a new inscription to be submitted.

PRIVACY POLICY

Under partnership with Texas Christian University, Fund Raisers Sports operates this program and may provide information about this transaction, including your contact information, items purchased, transaction totals, and other personally identifiable information to Texas Christian University for their records. Fund Raisers Sports does not sell or distribute customer information to unaffiliated parties, except when required by public records laws as applicable in your location.

ORDER REVIEW PERIOD, ORDER CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

Once your order and payment have been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. This will be your final opportunity to verify accuracy of important order details:

- Custom engravings and/or personalization (if applicable)

- Item selection and quantity

- Contact information, billing address(es) and shipping address(es) for future campaign correspondence

NOTICE: If, after one (1) business day, we have not received notification of errors or change requests by phone, your order will be scheduled for production and/or shipment, after which, changes and cancellations or refunds are not possible.

ORDER APPROVAL

Any order containing personalized inscriptions or customizations is subject to approval by the program, who reserve the right to review and approve (or decline) each order for appropriateness and grammatical integrity. Personalized inscriptions or customizations determined to be in violation of program inscription policies as interpreted by the program will require revision, at which time you will be contacted and asked to submit an alternate inscription. All declined orders will be placed on hold until revisions are submitted and approved.

NOTICE: If after ten (10) business days from the date of notification of a declined order you have not submitted alternate inscription, your order will be subject to cancellation and will be refunded.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Unless otherwise indicated, all orders will ship within 8-12 weeks from date of successful order submission (payment successfully processed; order received). If you require your order in a shorter timeframe, please call us and a customer service specialist will be happy to provide available options and pricing.

Fund Raisers Sports and its partners are not subject to liability for any delivery delays caused by events or circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of God, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials).

Please be advised that products purposed for installation at a venue, facility, or other location will ship in accordance with construction timelines set forth.

MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION LOCATION

All designs, images, and materials associated with any brick(s), replica brick(s), display case(s), and location of installation, whether transmitted online, through marketing, or verbally, are preliminary and subject to change without notice based on final architectural design.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and any international country or territory. Please call us to process an order shipping outside the contiguous United States.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately by phone (Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm CT). Your customer service specialist may require photos depicting the damage or defect for use in quality assurance and/or damage claims with the shipping carrier. Subject to availability and confirmation, your damaged or defective product will be replaced at no cost to you.

NOTICE: Due to the nature of products that are personalized and/or have limited availability, please be advised that damaged or defective products must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery (Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm CT). Damaged or defective products reported outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for replacement (subject to availability).

PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION

Fund Raisers Sports values your security and privacy, therefore this website utilizes with industry-standard SSL with 256-bit encryption when handling your payment card information. SSL is a widely-used protocol designed to securely exchange information between a client and a server. When a URL address contains HTTPS, the 'S' indicates that data is being transmitted securely using this protocol. For maximum security, use of private, password-secured networks is recommended.

Fund Raisers Sports is fully PCI Compliant. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards designed to ensure that ALL companies that accept, process, store or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment.
